1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the wdtoto platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). wdtoto is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

By using the wdtoto website, mobile version, or any associated services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and volition.
• Online betting is legal in the region or country from which you are accessing the platform.
• You have read and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with wdtoto, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of any balance.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or within the same household may be restricted.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.

2.2 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity, wdtoto may require identity verification (KYC). One of the following documents will be needed:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Wdtoto reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until KYC verification is completed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on wdtoto can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits may be returned in cases of suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests can be made after a win. Processing typically takes 12–24 hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification is required for single withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 BDT.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Betting Rules

4.1 Rules for Placing Bets

The following rules apply when placing bets on wdtoto. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳100 BDT.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and match type.
• Odds in live betting are variable and determined by the system.
• Wdtoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

4.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled entirely.
• If a match is suspended for an indefinite period.
• If a clear technical error is identified in the odds.
• If the match venue is changed entirely (applicable in certain cases).

4.3 Accumulator Bets

You can combine multiple matches into an accumulator bet. If any leg is voided, that leg will be counted as 1.0 odds. The remaining legs will stand.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Wdtoto offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Bonus validity period: must be used within 30 days of the deposit.
• Minimum Odds: Each bet must carry minimum odds of 1.50.
• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on wdtoto:

• Bonuses may only be used for betting activity and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Wdtoto reserves the right to investigate any suspected cases of bonus abuse.
• If bonus conditions are not met, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wdtoto platform. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence or having any involvement in manipulating the outcome of a sporting event.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the wdtoto platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Use of Another Person's Information: Using another person's identity or payment details.

7 Responsible Betting Policy

Wdtoto believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We never want anyone to develop a gambling addiction, which is why our platform includes a range of responsible gambling tools.

7.1 Self-Regulation Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Betting Limit: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can bet within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Exclude yourself from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for an extended period — from 6 months to permanently.

7.2 Protection of Minors

Wdtoto strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18. If a minor is present in your household, please protect your device with a PIN or password.

8 Privacy & Data Security

Wdtoto takes your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines in detail how your personal information is collected, stored, and used.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed in response to legal requests from regulatory authorities.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Even after an account is closed, data may be retained as required by law.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by wdtoto

Wdtoto may suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or court order.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

Wdtoto accepts no liability for the following:

• For bets missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• For losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• If a delay occurs due to a fault in a third-party payment system.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• For financial losses resulting from betting (betting carries full financial risk).

Wdtoto always strives to maintain high service quality, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between wdtoto and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

• Step 1: Send a detailed complaint to support@wdtoto.io.
• Step 2: wdtoto will respond with a resolution within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If unresolved, the dispute will be settled through a neutral mediator.

In the event of any legal dispute, the laws of the jurisdiction in which wdtoto is licensed shall apply.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Wdtoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website following any changes, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

• For significant changes, you may be notified via email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
